How to measure: wrap a soft tape around the head about 1 inch above the eyebrows, at the widest point. A snug fit that doesn't shift is a safe fit.

XS — head circumference 18½″–19½″
S — 19½″–21″ (most kids 5–10)
M — 21″–22″ (most kids 10–14)
L — 22″–23″ (teens & adults)
XL — 23″–24½″ (adults)
