Overview
At Nemea Gear, we offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We ship to all 50 U.S. states; however, orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories require an additional shipping surcharge due to the significantly higher carrier costs to those locations. Any applicable surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including any available tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods such as sales events or holidays. We appreciate your patience.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Contiguous U.S. (48 states): 7–10 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 10–20 business days
- Puerto Rico & U.S. territories: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates begin after the processing period. Total fulfillment time = processing (3–5 days) + the delivery estimate above. These are estimates and not guarantees.
Carriers
Because we work with wholesale partners to fulfill your orders, the carrier used (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) is determined by the fulfilling supplier. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Remote & Non-Contiguous Locations
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are subject to an additional shipping surcharge. This fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard free shipping does not apply to these destinations.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support.nemeagear@gmail.com. Do not send items back without prior authorization — they will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Note: Sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, and personal care goods are non-returnable. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.
