Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is typically 6–13 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories are subject to an additional shipping surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Because we work with multiple wholesale suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers — this is completely normal and does not indicate a missing item.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before the order is processed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order was received. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us at support.nemeagear@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Packages returned without an RMA number may be refused. Do not send items back to the manufacturer or the address on your shipping box.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning items. Exchange items will also incur a shipping fee before they are sent out.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-returnable for hygienic or customization reasons:

  • Mouth guards and groin guards
  • Custom, printed, embroidered, or personalized items
  • Clearance, discontinued, or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Books, videos, or media (unless defective upon receipt)

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If your package arrives visibly damaged by the carrier, file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) immediately.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size for my child?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your child's height and weight and comparing to the chart before ordering. When in doubt, size up — most martial arts gear is designed to allow room for movement and layering.

What if the gear doesn't fit?

We offer exchanges for a different size within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Contact us to request an RMA and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

What sports do you carry gear for?

We carry premium protective gear and equipment for Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), MMA, and Boxing — all designed specifically for youth athletes.

Is your gear competition-approved?

Many of our products meet the standards required for youth competition. Please check the individual product description for competition compliance details, or contact us with your specific federation's requirements.

How do I care for my gear?

Most gear can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Uniforms (gis and doboks) should be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dried to prevent shrinkage. Always check the care label on each item.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information.
