The Century BOB XL is a realistic sparring partner with an extended torso for practicing low-line strikes and kicks, giving more surface area for body-shot drills than the original BOB.
Built with high-strength plastisol and a realistic skin texture, this freestanding heavy bag works well for Taekwondo, MMA, Muay Thai, and self-defense training. The base fills with water or sand for a stable 250 lb foundation, and the height adjusts from 60" to 78" to simulate different opponents.
