The 2026 Taekwondo season officially closes next week — and you don't have to be competing to get something out of it.
The 2026 U.S. Taekwondo Season Final runs September 11–13 at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. It's a USATKD Major Event covering both sparring and poomsae, which means a full season of rankings and results comes down to those three days. Most young athletes won't be traveling to this one, and that's completely fine — but if your child has started asking what "the next level" actually looks like, watching a major event is one of the easiest ways to show them. Event details are posted at usatkd.org.

Does your young martial artist like watching the big tournaments with you, or are they still all about class day?
