The NAGA New Jersey Grappling Championship arrives Saturday, August 1. A week out is the right time to sort the logistics: travel plans, gear check, and making sure the gi still fits after a summer growth spurt (they sneak up fast). Competing or spectating, a regional tournament day is one of the best ways to feed a young grappler's motivation.
