Jacksonville families — there's a full day of grappling coming to the UNF Fieldhouse.
The NAGA Jacksonville Grappling & BJJ Championship runs Saturday, August 29 at the University of North Florida Fieldhouse in Jacksonville, FL. NAGA runs gi and no-gi divisions, so it works whether your child is stepping onto a competition mat for the very first time or chasing another division.
Not competing this year? Going to watch is one of the least stressful ways to introduce a nervous kid to tournament day. They see the mats, hear the noise, and figure out it's still just jiu-jitsu — with more people watching.
We track this one and 30 other tournaments across Florida and the US here: https://nemeagear.com/pages/upcoming-events
Who's heading to UNF on the 29th — competing, coaching, or cheering from the stands?
