For ATA Taekwondo families, this is the big one of the fall.
ATA Fall Nationals 2026 runs October 7–10 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — a national-level event on the ATA Martial Arts calendar. Four days is a lot for a young competitor, so the week before is less about new techniques and more about the basics: uniform washed and checked, belt packed, sparring gear inspected for worn straps, and a travel plan that protects sleep. Nerves are normal. The kids who have the best weekends are usually the ones who know their parents are proud of them before they ever step into the ring.
