The North American Grappling Association (NAGA) is marking a major milestone in 2026 — 30 years as the world's largest mixed grappling organization. To celebrate, they're bringing their anniversary tour to cities across the US, including right here in Tampa on June 27 at the Florida State Fairgrounds.
What Makes NAGA Special
NAGA tournaments are known for being welcoming to first-time competitors while still being competitive enough for experienced athletes. They offer both Gi and No-Gi divisions across all age groups and skill levels — meaning your child can compete regardless of where they are in their journey.
30 Years of Growing the Sport
Since 1996, NAGA has run thousands of events and introduced countless young athletes to competitive grappling. Their model — affordable entry, well-organized brackets, great awards — helped grow BJJ and submission wrestling from niche arts to mainstream youth sports.
